Ordering information
Do you have a showroom where I can see your products?
We are adopting a direct sale business model and currently we have a showroom in Wanchai.
Where are you located?
We are currently located at Room 903, Easey Commercial Building, 253-261 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
How do I check the status of my order?
We would ensure our customers that all orders will essentially be shipped out within 48 hours after we received your order. Sometimes it can be quicker, depending on the whether that particular item is in stock or not.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept return 99% of the time as we make sure the product is picture perfect before we ship them out. However, it is our goal to make sure you receive the best customer service possible.
What time are you opened?
As we are adopting a direct sale business model, we appreciate you make an appointment prior to visiting us to give our chairs a try. Please feel free to send us an email at any time. Our regular office hour is from 11am to 7pm Monday to Saturday.
What are the delivery fees?
At the moment we are waiving delivery fees if you purchase more than one new chair. For pre-owned chairs, we will charge the lowest rate possible to anywhere in Hong Kong and Kowloon. Rate to New Territories depends on the exact location. We promise our customers not to be overcharged on this.
Is there any warranty for your products?
For the new Nightingale chairs, all claims must be made within the time period specified herein.
This Warranty begins with the date of purchase from the Nightingale Dealer by the original purchaser, and applies as follows:
Lifetime Limited: all non-moving metal parts.
10 Years: Control mechanisms, casters, pneumatic cylinders, self-skinned urethane parts, and plastic shells.
5 Years: Upholsteries.
The NIGHTINGALE Warranty is based on normal use within a normal commercial office setting of single shift, eight (8) hours per day, five (5) days per week, by individuals of 250 lbs or less.
For the pre-owned chairs, we cannot guarantee there is warranty, but in most case it depends on the manufacturer.
